Workout in your own space with a certified personal trainer to guide you and motivate you through a workout program designed to help you reach your health and fitness goals. Please only book this session once you have completed the free assessment. Sessions are 30 minutes.
20 minute Zoom or in person meeting with a certified nutrition coach to determine your nutrition goals.
30 minute Zoom or in person meeting with a certified nutrition coach to keep you on track with reaching your goals. Changing nutrition habits can be tough, booking a regular meeting with a nutrition coach can help you stay on track and increase your chances for achieving you goals.

The programs offered do not include meal plans, I believe that in helping people by giving them the tools and motivation to put together their own meals they have a much greater chance of success than trying to follow a restrictive meal plan.
